The villa has 1964 sqft and is embedded in a beautiful palm garden and has its own boat dock. The canal leads them into the Gulf of Mexico. Far away from the noise you live here in the popular south-west (SW) of Cape Coral, which is characterized by its quiet and safe location. In this exclusive holiday home, furnished with great attention to detail, you can enjoy the most beautiful hours of your vacation. Our house is designed for the stay of 6 holiday guests. Crockery, bedding and towels are available in sufficient numbers (more than sleeping accommodations). The electrically extendable leather relax couch ensures absolute deep relaxation. The Genesis model is available from Weber for your BBQ. Some improvements were made to the house, but these are not yet visible in the photos. A panorama screen with 3 large fields of view towards the canal was installed and the driveway was paved. Property management on site: Our German and English speaking property management team welcomes you after your arrival and familiarizes you with the furnishing of the house and the technical equipment. On departure, she will carry out the inspection together with you, settle the electricity consumption and the final cleaning with you and will of course be available to answer any questions you may have during your stay.
